Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Polite Society offers free shipping on orders of $35 or more and charges flat rates for US shipping on our products.

Economy (5-8 business day shipping): $7

Expedited (3-4 business day shipping)*: $15

*Please understand carrier delays are possible during the holidays that are out of our control. Note that if an order is placed after 12pm PST, the order will not be processed until the following day. If an order is placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, the order will not be processed until the following business day, Monday. Our operations are closed Saturday and Sunday. 

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our fulfillment center within minutes of being placed. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once submitted at checkout.

Returns/Refunds:

Polite Society offers a 30 day returns policy, which should be completed via our returns portal by clicking here.

There is a flat $7 shipping/restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All sales are final on branded items (example: hoodie, makeup bag, crossbody bag, compact mirror, pin).

All returns must be processed through our returns portal. Refunds are initiated once your return is scanned into the shipping system and issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for your funds to become available to you. 

Shade Match Guarantee:

Polite Society offers 100% Shade Match Guarantee on our More Than A Pretty Face Foundation.

One free exchange per customer is available. The exchange request must be submitted within 21 business days of the original order being placed. To initiate an exchange, please visit our returns portal.

If customer would like to return the exchanged item, a $7 shipping/restocking fee will be incurred. 

Damaged Product: 

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transport, please reach out to our customer service team by clicking here and explaining the issue. Kindly send a picture of the damaged item, and upon inspection, our team will initiate a re-shipment of your order.
